The Trampoline Orchestra explored the idea of ‘musical trampolining’ using trampolines rigged with sensors which triggered musical notes, samples and effects with every bounce. 

The result was a recital given by a four-person orchestra, bouncing in time with each other to deliver songs and stories from their Trampoline Repertoire.

The show started as a two-week R&D workshop at the Nuffield Theatre Lancaster in 2007, before appearing at the Arches Theatre Festival in 2008.
